FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 1. How much is a stay at the ranch?
Rates vary based on the day of the week. Our current rate (weekday/weekend) is below. Two night minimum rental required. These are subject to change at anytime.

Sunday through Thursday $200 per night

Friday & Saturday $300 per night

2. What time is check in/check out?
Check in is anytime after 3PM and Check out is 11AM. 

3. Do you allow pets?
For the safety of our livestock and guests, we can not host pets. This also helps us ensure that our properties stay allergen free. If pets are brought onto the property there will be a $350 pet cleaning fee charged.

4. Can we have a campfire?
We provide a gas firepit for your enjoyment. Open fires are not allowed. Our community experienced wildfires in recent years that destroyed many properties. For everyone's safety we have a steadfast no open fire rule.

5. What should we bring?
We provide all bed linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, cookware items and small appliances including a Keurig. 

6. Are firearms allowed on the property?
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property at anytime.

7. Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. There are cigarette butt urns located on the front porch as well as the back deck. There will be a $350 cleaning fee charged for smoking inside the house. 

8. Are recreational vehicles allowed?

For the safety of livestock as well as guests motorized recreational vehicles of any kind are not allowed on the property.
